Do you know this company CHINA ZHUHAI ZHONG TUO TRADING DEVELOPMENT CO.Ltd.?

We have a big order from them.

But it is very surprised. They didn't ask any samples or any information about products.

They ordered for 2 mln Euro.

And they didn't want to see our manufacture before.

They would like to see our manufacture when the goods will be ready.

Here is the situation.

I have seen your message regarding the above named Company and wish to confirm that this company is definately a scam. We have just returned from China after being invited to sign contracts for a large quantity of Coffee. The contracts were drawn up and we were invited to the offices to confirm the details and signature. They then asked for the notary fee to be paid by ourselves. They are upfront fee fraudtsers and caution should be taken when dealing with them. They are very good at what they do so please beware. It cost us over $10,000 US for this trip. We do not wish for others to loose hard earned capital.

Same with us this is crazy!!! I'm waiting for a document which I sent to the Italian commercial business office in China to give me details on the legitity of this company as well. They too have made an order of over 1million euro from us. And invited us to go there, which I immediately cancelled.

Thank you for your postings.

I am China lawyer, I worked for a German manufacturer and he got the same experience: the China buyer did not hesitate to sign a big contract but ask for notary fee. I pointed out this scamming fact to my client and his face went pale.

I feel very bad that there are so many Chinese scammers are now trying to scam foreigners.

It is very ironic that I've found this thread now. We have already spent more than 5000 Euro on this company. They called us to China to sign the contract, which we did. After which they asked us to pay the notarization fee, and then the exchange fee. Well, seems like we have been conned big time. I'd be grateful to anybody and everybody who could suggest something that could be done to stop these guys.

There's another company called Hebei Wansheng Trading Company based in Beijing, which I think is pretty much running the same business of scamming. They've asked us for the notarization fee as well the exchange fee. I want to know if someone knows about this company. However, I'd surely not be falling for it, and I'd be glad if someone could respond to both my requests.

It's just horrible.
