what she meant was, she would ring companies to enquire about products and ask question, but the sales people just treats her like an "full" and not interested in her business.
That's normal in business, that's why some companies even bog ones go under because they doesn't want your business or money, so what can you do?
Just ring and ring until you come across a company who is able to help you.
My guess is that you are new to foreign trade and that the questions you are asking shows this.
Sales people in factories know that buyers that are new to the trade are less likely to place orders than those that know what they are doing. They also know that buyers that dont know the basics are also going to ask for lower quantities and create more problems. So new buyers are not desired customers for legitimate factories.
So my advice is to spend time learning about the business and then contact suppliers. Sellers will then take you more seriously and you will understand why they have MOQ's of certain quantities, and what FOB prices include etc.
