How are you? Hope very well! Please help me to solve one problem, some good advice is necessary to me. Our company sells home appliances in about three years. At present our trade has decreased, though the prices for the goods have fallen in price. We cannot increase the salary to workers, and we are compelled to reduce their quantity. Please prompt us to find a way out of the given situation and to increase sales, profit and to lift the salary to workers. If I gave you a few information I would write you more next time.

That is the situation we all have gone through.we too, we selled knives and now the sales is dropped rapidly.(but the situation is much stable, it used to be going up and down rapidly)

It is not a time for "profit" but for a "living",what we are doing is to keep the company run.
