Why Chinese supplier`s prices are very very low ???

I have a factory in Sialkot PAKISTAN with the name of POLLY WEARS and are manufacturing garments, when ever i approach to the buyer they told that they are purchasing on very much low rates from china

Honestly telling you that if i start to work on that prices its really very much difficult to do the things as PAKISTAN government not have any well much insentive on export if they have its really very very low like 0.075% so how do we compete the chinese market but as compare to the quality its very very much better then the china's market.

i just want to confirm that do Chinese goverment gave any insentive on exports. and if i want to investin china what is the best way to approach.

3. a large population of people in the world

4. the whole living costs are low

can tell me what is the secrets? except the cheap worker!

AND NOW THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE DOING BUSINESS IN CHINA;

SO: When a thing is scarce, it is precious.

population.raw material.development degree.the other countries is worried about pollution carried with factories .there are too many reasons

i think,the material price and the logistic cost,also the water,electricity supply,in fact,no area has the more better condition than china.Not all china place has the great advantage over the light industry,mainly the facoty is concentated in the Guand Dong or Zhe Jiang province.
