Some business should go bankrupt
Post 1 of 10

Another day, I am having another complain.

Why do some businesses just don't care about new customers?  Today I rang a company to enquire about their product. The sales rep refuse to speak to me (I've met this guy at a trade show and he promised to look after me) and doesn't reply my email.

Why do i bother to give him my business if he doesn't even care?  What i find is everybody wants the big bucks and just can't be bothered with the little fella. Well, I just have to give my mney to someone else.

I think that you may be lucky.if they don't pay attention to their clients,it means they don't pay attention to what they export or sell .also, May be the guy you met left his job due to the crisis and he doesnot want to tell you directly.good luck

He is still there, just wont talk to me.  I have a feeling, it's a family business too, so he is screwing his own company. Why are people like this? I am trying to give them money but they just don't care.

Surely if my order is too small, I expect them to refer me to their distributor right? Why turn away business all together, unless they have too many orders that they cant handle.

they may not like to do business with you

they may leave the company soon

but it doesn't matter, just turn to other suppliers.

what business are you in?

no use michael, nobody in the office at 2am, shout also no use.

so what to do? I might change tactic. Buy from a distributor instead, stop wasting time * around. Make less money but at least I have something to supply customer.
