We just wonder what would the management of Alibaba.com would protect us, the buyer, from being cheated, espcially these companies are under Gold Suppliers, Trust titles.Can anyone respond to my wondering?

please don't wondering because it is tragedy situation in Ali baba more cheater and scammers have green card, cheating the people coz paid for Gold supplier, i'm cheat by the company Suzhou Beierda Trading.... it is big scamms company.... playing by contact person in Trade Manager , the second day they changethe  contact person, and have a message automatic reply to leave your mail and will receive a price list, the second day you will receive a price list from the contact person was seen but from another mail, .........@ yahoo.com..... or @ hotmail.com, after sending the mail the company change the contact person.... and the company say we don't have this name you cheated by someone.

i have good idea i will say it to Ali baba to safe the buyers from all scamms and cheating can the people pay as wishing through western union or transfering the money it will be safe for each the buyers and the sellers,

Alibaba needs to stop selling gold supplier label to just anyone, they should assign a broker to share in responsibility until company proves itself realible the supplier should bear this cost to become gold supplier, minimum of six months of sales then probational seal for six months then full gold seal after that

I also have been cheated by one company named AL JAMAR ELECTRONICS on alibaba, i send him money...but didnt recieve the goods at the end...

Be very very careful with Paypal. They can and WILL restrict your account and hold your funds for up to 120 days for no apparent reason at all. For horror stories concerning paypal, go to www.paypalsucks.com. To be really safe, use an escrow service like escrow.com. If your supplier refuses, then avoid them like the plague. There are so many scammers and fraudsters on alibaba it is ridiculous Even the so called "gold suppliers" can be scammers.

Hi All,

If you want to send money to a company bat the name of the company is not on the accounts name. DO NOT SEND MONEY.
By the Chinese embassy you can get the address and fax/phone number of the internet fraud department.

You need to proof that YOU did everything that the seller ask you to do.
You will result within 2 weeks.

However I do not think that you will recover you money. that is mostly gone before the Chinese Fraud department. find those people.

I have also been cheated by a company in Indonesia. I pay for 2 Robomower RL1000 and after I made the payment, they will not respond to my email. I may not get anything out of them but I will report to DHL as they provided a fake DHL slip. I will report to Western Union and I also am reporting to Alibaba and the local Indonesian authorities. The people are sum and make a great website turn out to be not so good for the honest people.
