I am reporting a fraud from a company called Shenzhen Jie Haixing Technology Co., Ltd. Their website: http://haixinget.en.alibaba.com/ On Friday 17/2/2012, I submit an order to Mr Xiujun Yang to buy 25 pieces of TPSIM to unlock Iphone 4S. I paid to him via Western Union $535 dollar (I paid $14 to Western Union so total I spent is $549) When the item arrived, the package was found to be EMPTY! I made a complaint to alibaba.com (with a proof of me opening the package), and alibaba.com made the supplier to send me a new package. The sent another package, but it turned out they sent a different goods than the one I ordered.
