Are you kidding? I had the same problem and you gave the same answer and said they still lacked data to locate the company. You are a bunch of thieves and think smart people stealing from the West. If you have shame, you would act to stop these companies who rob people, they only bring shame to China. I lost 1100 usd and you did nothing. I made a purchase based on the confidence I had in Alibaba, but I see that alibaba is like that old story of a child ... Alibaba and the 40 or more thieves ...
