Be aware of these crooks and do not waste your time.We signed 2 contracts with above 2 companies and our Rep went to China to meet them. They asked for "Gifts" to Finance Mge $4000 each to facilitate 30% TT and LC . Suspecting a Scamm our Rep told them he is carrying only $200 and his Credit Card limite is $200 but will take care of things upon returing to USA.
Our company emailed them we only accept LC payment and no TT is necessary. No answer at all.

I want to report an assumed scam of 2 companies, scrap steel suppliers / sellers. The addresses are not existing or there is no company registered. It is very difficult to reach someone by phone. They want to charge a yard visitation fee to potential buyers and the transfer should be done via Western Union or South African Bank. The 3 different names of contact persons had been changed or renewed within 1 week. They are acting in the same procedure, like Nigerian or other African fake organisations. It was already very bad for my business contacts and buyers, they had been short before finalizing deals and then they doubted their honesty and hence they not trust me anymore. I would really appreciate, if Alibaba could support and help in finding out the truth about them and if my suspect had been proved to be true, to remove them from Alibaba's website.

Now the supplier does not want to exchange the goods, return my money and nor does he answer my calls and emails. I made an order agreement, paid in full as requested, and NEVER received my items.
Grand Palm even had a FAKE lawyer write me like him trying to mediate our disagreement. Grand Palm lawyer not legally listed attorney in India in that region.
Grand Palm tell me they supply all seed for Government of India. Letter back from Embassy says they know of no such company.

I think this company is the same whoc cheated me with 400 $ recently suppose they send to me games and they send one piece headphone thats which given as promotion but i think the changed there name to  Guangzhou Tianhe District Dongpu Longchang General Merchandise Sales Department .By any way i wrot  today to alibaba and iam managing a case in our local police  as we in europian area have special services to complain against the scammers .I hope like to see them arrested and i will work to this .Cause i feel they were scammers after i just sent the few money to them but hope to make them a lesson to the othors .

I think  we the buyers have to unify our efforts to enforce a case against Alibaba .Cause Alibaba is legally involved in all this scammers activity .By the law they guarantize that this company which has Golden Member Status are real and confidant this is the impressions they give us about  by this way the gave credibility to a thieves to let them cheating and this way attracting more and more scammers even by the new prices of Alibaba  2900USD  .But now we discover that most of the frauders paied this few dollars  to getting many doubles by cheating under  the coverage of the credibilty have been given by ALIBABA
