One of the buyers agrees to pay the freight fee. But the express company said that if the buyer refuses paying for it, i will pay doule of the fee. I am very confused that now that the buyer is willing to pay for it, why he will refuse it?? Will he?? And if the buyer gives me his express account, what should i do to use the account??

Do you have any suggestion for me to make sure the buyer will pay for the fee when he receives our samples?? And how to make full use of the express account?? Thanks for all.

In the last several times, we also send them samples with free charge. I feel that the freight fee should be paid by the buyer.If every buyer asks us to pay the freight fee, then we will have a heavy  burden on the samples.

It decides whether the customer cheat you about getting the sampling free. And the delivery is unjust that the post officer should know.That's all. Thanks!

I think you can confirm with your buyer why they refuse first,excellent communication can solve any problems

I would like to say no matter what express company you use, if the receiver's account was invalid or useless, the express company could remind you and not accept your order. Last month, i used UPS to send some samples to my client. When my client told me his express account in UPS, i contacted with them, they asked me input the receiver's account and address, later, they confirmed with me the account is right and valid. So i am little confused why the express accepted your order without any remind , if the account was invalid.

Well, we also had met such problems regularly, in this case, usually I will check with more courier agent first, some of the courier agents is not active for freight collect because they could not earn much from it, but some other courier agents or if you have good relationship, they will be able to send the samples for you if the customer had promised to pay and they have an account. Second, if there is still no agents are willing to send the samples for freight collect, you will need to contact your customer and ask their courier to contact you first, then the courier will ask their China office to call you and collect the samples.

Mostly, if the customer had promised to pay the freight and give you their account, there should be no problem. Pls don't worry too much!

Just go ahead and ask your customer to offer any of his freight collect number for international courier company ,like DHL, UPS, TNT,etc. And call your customer authorized local courier company to registrate your own , just state your customer's freight collect number with your own  when you sign the courier receipt .
