One of the buyers agrees to pay the freight fee. But the express company said that if the buyer refuses paying for it, i will pay doule of the fee. I am very confused that now that the buyer is willing to pay for it, why he will refuse it?? Will he?? And if the buyer gives me his express account, what should i do to use the account??

Do you have any suggestion for me to make sure the buyer will pay for the fee when he receives our samples?? And how to make full use of the express account?? Thanks for all.

You could ask the buyer to pay the shipping cost in advance and you can send the sample with your own courier. Perhaps you may even be able to get better courier rates than your buyer so they can possibly save a little money.

Jenny, if it is DHL or TNT, then you cannot use the customer's account to send goods to them. You give the customer your office address and telephone number.

You need to get the customer to arrange the pickup of the samples from your office. He will then have to contact the Courier company in his own country, and arrange for them to contact their agent in your city to arrange pickup. That way, the customer will be responsible for the Courier charge.

thanks for your help. It is a good idea. But will the buyer be willing to do like this? And maybe they don't have agent in china. Yesterday, one buyer gave me his FedEXA no. I don't know what to do about it. Could you give me some suggestions??Thanks!!

You're lucky to meet a buyer who would like to pay for the freight of express. I met some clients, they want the samples and we free the sample, but they still don't want to pay for the freight. would you like to do business like this?what's your opinion about this situation?

HI, If by TNT or DHL I suggest you should ask your buyer to transfer the fee to your account then send the samples to him , you can have their account to send the samples.but you should reach an aggreement with the buyer 

Check the express No. of your customer with express company in China, make sure it is a freight collected No.

Or you calculate the freight and ask them to pay you first.

You can ask their Customer Service ( of the corier) if the Account had given is available or not. If all the information are ture and I can tell you most of them are the one who are really want to see your products.

In my opinoin, if you got the customer's express account, you could call the express company to check the account. Then, if they tell you it's valid, you could send the samples by it. I have sent many times in the way.

 

Ya,this is really a very troublesome problems.

In case of any fraud,i always ask my client to wire me the sample fee first.I never ask them for a collect account yet.Though some clients insist on that.

But as the says "Caution is the parent of safety".
