After sending quotations, you should make follow up. Follow up is calling the client and talk about their opinion and needs. Ask the prospects what they really think about the quality, price and other details you sent. If you ask the right quesions, they will tell more about YOUR competitors. This will help you to analize your products/services and your offers.

These days selling products is very difficult for the economic crisis. Everyone is looking for better quality at the lowest price possible. FIRST, you should know your market. This means, you should know who the prospects clients will be. Knowing your competitors will give you a big advantage. (Specially with price and quality)
After knowing your market, you can send advertisement of your products. And then, with time, you will receive inquires and then sales. ALL in life takes time.
