Sounds like they don't have the bike to me.

Be aware! There is no such Customer Protection account at Alibaba!!! This is a liar and will scam you!
There is nothing about telling you serial numbers, so I think the buyers' refusing telling you this is an indication that they have perhaps never even seen a bicycle let alone have one.

Sounds strange.Any seller would like direct dealing with buyers with a view to build relationships.Serialno of the bike is not such a secret information as it willbe usefulonly tobuyersand sellers.Why this fuss then?
Check for spammer in such cases.
