Perhaps the customer had some bad experiences before and just wants to make sure he gets what he pays for.

The best way to solve this issue, is the ask for some advanced money and the final payment at D/P. You can try to increase the price and persuade the customer into the T/T.

After all before you even accept the order this is an issue that must be clarified.

I would assume it is only a small quantity that is being ordered, so make sure that you advise your customer to find his own shipping company and that you only have a expensive one, that way he has to pay T/T and find his own shipper.

good luck

what kind of goods are you trading in? is it expensive? according to what you say, the buyer doesn't seem to have the money or basically distrusts your company.

I would say its becareful, something seems fishy.

If I was on in your shoes, I would have dropped this buyer, there are plenty of other buyers, you cannot deal with all the same way, and with some you can't at all.

Thanks,

The customer is from Nigeria, and I heard that they don't have a good credit,so if they can't accept our payment terms,I'll give up,although the customers are not easy to find, but it's better than loss.

Our products are lifting equipments,Http://jingongjx.en.alibaba.com,this is our website, they price is not expensive, the unit price is from $10-$400.

Hello Lushang,

According what you just said, the value of the goods is not so high, and if he cannot pay of that little much, then drop it.

As for the products you sell, the best markets for this kind of products is eastern Europe, India, Middle East, and South America, thats where you will also find good paying customers.

take care
