I've seen that XOOM is available in China now, this means Chinese people can accept Paypal without hassle, And it was safer, cause if you are scam the Xoom will contact the bank and they can arrest the owner of ****.

Provide me with one link to xoom.com that says you can send a payment to mainland China.

You have no knowledge of Chinese law do you?  By the way BOCHK is not the same as BOC with respects to transfers of money.  Also you had better check xoom.com indemnity clause.  Your out here half stepping in waters where you have no clue.  Also you can pay by PayPal to the countries where xoom.com does business but when xoom.com converts payment that is the end of responsibility for PayPal.  Oh and the use of credit cards to them can only be done via cash advance not a credit transfer.  So now you have their fee and the cash advance fee on your card.  Time to wake up and smell what your shoveling.
