Price of Steel

Hi All,
As most reported, the price of Steel in Chinese market is going up bit by bit. i am not sure why this is happening for the global crisis is still there. Is it a fake phenomenon(fient) which would come up temporarily.
I have no idea. So my friends help me out! thankyou!
