.We obtained many buyers leads giving our products details but we do not get back their feedback/comments. How can we attract to our cusotmers to start business with us??

it is apparently a unusual question .try to work out by yourself
or try to analyse from your customer's response.
from where,you can get some hint.

It's not easy to understend who are potencial buyer or no,without communicate.If you don't answer all email inquires you are candidate to lost money.After contact you can analyzsis who is real buyer. To gain buyer you need follow up.You must follow up to confirm order.You need follow up .This is keyword.

I think we should have enough patience to treat it, and try heart to talk with each customer ...try our best to comply with them.Of cousre ,first shold have confidence in our own product.Dont easily agree the request of costomer,once agree,it is necessary to do well,make our customers satisfied.

                          this current economy , buyers need good pricing.i too had same problem with my buyers, you have to keep in touch with your buyer. maybe your prices for the product you quoted are not acceptable to your buyer.

ask them what they want, like product details, specifications, any changes they want in  your product/sample also you have to ask the buyer do they have any price target and i think  you can get orders. i wish you good luck.
