I need to know how to search a trade license. I made an agreement with a seller to send partial payment and remit balance of payment upon receipt of shipment. Now he is wanting balance of payment before shipment is made. How can i verify that seller is legitimate?

I really need to get order complete but now i wonder if i am being scammed . Can you please give me some helpful information?

As you said that you have made agreement, so you can only pay after see the copy of the B/L, don't pay to them before shipment, unless you send anyone to verify their company and inspect the goods.
