I sure  that when you get through the forum and you will see a lots of people talking about   suffering scammer. But why ?I guess , the most important is that the scammer providing a very competitive price also attractive ,and most of the buyer just emphasis on the price. If you have different ideas or better suggestion please share with me.

Speaking as a concerned buyer, one possible solution would be to use an independent escrow service.

This service would receive good funds for the purchase and notify the seller so the goods can then be shipped. Once the buyer receives the goods, they would have a short, predetermined period of time to inspect them and notify the escrow service either that they are or are not satisfied with the goods. If they are satisfied, the funds would then be immediately paid to the seller. If the buyer is not satisfied, the funds would be held either until they are able to work out their differences with the seller and are satisfied or the goods are returned to the seller. If the funds are to be returned to the buyer, they would not be returned until the seller confirms they have received their goods back. If, on the other hand the buyer receives the goods and does nothing before the end of the inspection period, the funds would automatically and immediatly paid to the seller.

Does this sound like an acceptable solution to sellers?

Yes, i am exactly agree with you.

Most of the customers. when asking about the price. yes, i believe they have asked many suppliers. when i quoted the price to them, then no responce any more.  Even if i try to contact them but they ingore it. so upset i am.

Some clients they dont know the quality as well the material. they even donot know a bit different of the material, which will affect the price.

They only care about the price, yes. get a lower price with a good quality is a trend.but does the lower price you get is a good quality. i dont think so. maybe same designs. but the price is $3 dollars lower than supplier. I would like to say that if same material quality, it would have such big profits there. just think it carefully. no one will do business without profits. and it 's the material quality affect the price.

Many people here think "safe trading" equals "customer protection". Their "safe trading" would give the buyer a very strong position. However international B2B trade is about balancing the interests of buying and selling parties, since they are both interested in a succcessful business deal. Most legal systems assume (and expect) that parties do anything in their power to protect their own interests while respect that of the other party.

In foreign trade you need a very long and flawless cooperation record if you want to pay your business partner afterwards. No serious buyer, even those confident about their product and services, will accept any such method (Escrow with post-delivery acceptance) since it leaves the buyer room to change his mind after the seller has performed correctly according to the deal.

Do you wonder why scams relatively rarely happen at the commercial quantity deals in foreign trade? The reason is that traders who are at least a bit professional are able to identify real deals and know how to validate their own interests without violating those of the other party. The key is education. I see it is the most difficult method but the only way to achieve really relevant outcomes.

Most people get scammed because they do not grasp event the most basic aspects of business. They do not know the real market price of the products they want, they do not know how a supply chain works, and they do not know how to do - and that they must do - due diligence, they do not know how international payments work.

Sometimes there are really sophisticated, high value scams that are made by professional criminals, who deceive even experienced traders. However these are very rare. 99% of the scams are very basic, almost childish fraud attempts that play on the laziness, ignorance and greed of people.

The remedy of scams is education, understanding at least basically how economy works.
