I think Alibaba should introduce a seperate contact details section where new buyers/ sellers can be accessible through e-mail right away.

PATTERN MAY BE SOMETHING LIKE THIS.

NAME OF COUNTRY

E-MAIL ADDRESS

                           This service should be free to all and unlimited. This may be allowed using spam protection method.

                           BUYERS & SELLERS encouraged to fill out their details in order to provide oppurtunity to new buyers/ sellers to reach out for their contact.

                                 REMEMBER:

                            This e-mail system should be owend by Alibaba itself through its system for the facilitation of its members. Every member should this way be alloted an e-mail address.
