Don’t eat junk foods!
Recently, the World Health Organization announced the ten greatest junk foods in the world and its danger. Many people often eat these things. But to be keep healthy, don't usually eat or eat little of the following foods.
A, fried foods:
1, fry in oil cause the cardiovascular disease;
2, contain the carcinogen;
3, break the vitamin, make the protein change to bad things.
B, salted foods:
1, cause high blood pressure, the kidney burden overweigh, causing the nose cancer;
2, affect to glue the film system; ( is harmful to the appetite)
3, have to ulcerate easily and inflammation.
C, processed meat made by factory (dried sliced meat, shredded meat, sausage...etc.) 1, contain one of the three greatest carcinogens: Second nitrate;( antisepsis and show the color function) 2, contain a great deal of antiseptic, aggravate the liver burden.
D, main bane of biscuit food( not contain the whole grain biscuits) :1, the edible fragrance extract and dyes are excessive to result in the burden to the livers function; 2, break the vitamin seriously; 3, the calories is excessive, the nourishment composition is low.
E, main bane of soda, cola food: 1, contain the phosphoric acid, carbonic acid, will take a great deal of calcium inside the body; 2, contained too much sugar, have the satisfied bulge feeling after drink, influence positive meal.
F, main bane of convenient food( an instant noodles and other roasted or fried foods) :1, the salt is too much, contain the antiseptic, fragrance extract, do harm to liver ; 2, only have the calories, have no nourishment.

J, roasted foods:1, contain a great deal of things which cause cancer ( the head of the three greatest carcinogens); 2 and one roast chicken leg =60 pcs of cigarette; 3, cause the protein change into bad things, aggravate the kidney, the liver burden.

you can eat some peanut (all nuts should without sugar shell or milk shell), some walnut kernels, chestnuts, pumpkin seeds , sunflower seeds, or other fruits.
Drink water instead of juice.
