Today I want to share you all with "some" bad experience that I had 3 months ago:
After many thoughts, I decided to import sun glasses to the US and made a serious research through the internet , compared prices,companies and products, eventually I chose the company: "NEW TOPREACH"\"New Top Reach" and spoke to their representative called Vicky to buy my MP3 sunglasses from.
I've ordered 144 pairs of the products (48 of 2Gb , 48 of 4Gb , 48 of 2Gb+Bluetooth) but when I got it, I surprisedly found out that I got : (95 pairs of 1 Gb-6 were broken , 48 pairs of 2Gb, 1 pair! of 1Gb with Bluetooth)
After a while I got answer from them that I can send the products back (and pay the shipping of course!) and they will replace them to me, I didn't send the products back because of the reasons that paying the shipping will cost Alot! ,I already sold bunch of them and I can't trust these guys anymore.
I hope that you guys learnt from my experience: 1st- Don't buy from "New Topreach" they are UNRELIABLE COMPANY! 2nd: Protect yourself by paying with PayPal or hire an inspections company that will check your order before shipping 3rd:Think positive-even if you feel cheated you can still do business with with the right honest people.

it's really a pity. some guys , they dont offer good service. they told you send back the products it's really not very wisdom.

thanks for your share,as first trade with new partner,we better ask some guys to 100% inspect product and package before you send monry if condition permit.

Thanks for sharing. At least you got something instead of nothing. You are right, you don't trust a company if they screw up your order. I know I order Wiis and Ipods and got shoes and order iphones and got nothing. Also order 5 ipod touch and got 2 fake ones that says it's 32gb but it's actually just 1gb.
I am really angry at the person who didn't send me nothing. Overall, lost 7 thousand and still mad but I seem to be feeling better everyday that goes by and yes I reported them to almost every place i can find. Sometimes you just have try to put on a smile and go on living and let it be a mistake well learn. This was just like 3 wks ago.
