Dear Sir ,firstly i'm so sorry to hear that.This is julia from shenzhen createled electronics co., limited.But my general knowledge told me that's impossible.Every one knows the dead sea.Everything can float on it without any kind of tool.But If the thing really happened to you can check with the freight company.Then asking why ?May be some body cheat you.Secondly, how about the trade terms FOB/EX-W/ CIF and so on.Before goods shipping have you or the factory buy the general insurance for the goods if have please told the insurance company .They will checking everything in detail but it took long time. But finally they will give you a clear answer .
Actually , i do not know what happened to you.I guess that must be your boats have some problem and let some water in .Mean time your goods packed not so well and not water proof.That's why you say your goods gone .Am i right ?
