Lowering of Trust Pass fees during this tough market conditions. 2 replies,743 views

We are Trust Pass members of Alibaba for the last 3 years in a row.Incidentally,tomorrow,18/02/2009 our Trust Pass membership expires.We have send Alibaba quite a no.of mails in the last more than one month time to allow us to renew our Trust Pass membership this year with the amount with which we renewed last year.The amount we paid Alibaba last year was 349 USD.But since then,Alibaba has increased the amount to 589 USD.So if we have to renew our Trust Pass membership again,we will have to pay Alibaba 589 USD from now onwards.

Considering the tough market position that we are in and  with the export orders having dried up almost about 50%,we would request Alibaba to consider lowering the membership fees to atleast 349 USD for the next 2 years atleast, to allow small companies such as our's to fight till the end......Partha Chowdhury,Kolkata.

Did not hear the campaign of Alibaba 349 USD against 589 USD last year?

Did not hear the campaign of Alibaba 349 USD against 589 USD last year? 


No have not heard anything about it.Infact,Alibaba has infact not send us any reply at all to our request of lowering the Trust Pass fees.589 USD at this time is a bit tough for us this year.Hence we have not renewed our Trust Pass membership this year.We have been Trust Pass members for the last three years in a row.
