Hello, Your not stupid, I am. I did it 4 times in a row with 4 different companies  All from China.  I have been told to start out the report to actually file a report to our authorities. Your police station. where the items were to be shipped. Than just do the search for the actual place to file report. I have been searching also. File a complaint with the FBI. Start on their website to file the claim. If you keep searching you will find the right one. Also call Money Graham and they will give you a list of arganizations that may be able to help us. It very time consuming but I am more than willing to do this to put some sort of stop to it. I know our government totally frowns on internet crimes. If enough of us file complaints maybe the people we report with our proof that we were scamed they will be knocked off the world wide web. Remember Do Not Give Up. Money Graham will tell you they can not do anything to help, just ask for the sources that they have and use them and I feel they can help us. If you find out more, Please also keep me informed. But at least you know the real name of the guy who took your money, launch a police report and take it to the Embassy.

Let me introduce you a bit about procedure to repost a case to interpol.

when you have a traouble, for exaple from indonesia, you could not send email (report your case by your self) to Indonesia interpol, the procedure is not like that.

Indonesian interpol will not respond your email.

what you should do is, you need to make a letter to prove about your case, and report it to Interpol in your country. Interpol in your country will send your case to Indonesian interpol, not you by your self.
