Quoting from [Sabby]:

Is it possibole to trade with nations that are at coonstant disagreement with each other

You might have to go through a third country, but if you are crafty enough you'll find a way, especially if it's not a restricted kind of merchandise.

Actually you may find that deals between hostile nations may be the most profitable for you. If you find the legal ways for reexporting or repackaging you can win a lot on this.

Having hostile political elites in countries means no way that people in those nations do not need each other's products any more. Au contraire, this means that the people will need these products more badly that any other time, since these are not available easily.

By "disagreement" I suppose you mean just that, not war. War is different. It's very common for countries to have political disagreements, but the businesses continue functioning. A good example of that is Chile and Perú; right now Perú is suing Chile in the Hague for a large piece of ocean, and there have been protests on both sides of the border. Trade continues to function normally, however.
