In order to keep the our products more competitive in prices, we already face many problem, now the foreign exchange rate are really worse for many suppliers, do you have any good idea for collecting money during foreign trade?

are you referring to your customers or suppliers?

customers are getting burnt very badly beacuse their currency is dropping.  what can you do?

-drop your price and risk making a loss

-improve technology to increase output and lower production cost

-ask your supplier for a discount

 

as for your suppliers, explian to them your problem and ask for a discount, change supplier?
