i will tell you what happened:



in the beginning of april (on 2th) i've payed to Robin Lee (sales manager of this "company") about 650usd for some hid conversion kits, well, after some days he sends me goods, than, goods have been blocked from customs because declared value was too low (around 20usd..and HE decided what to write...he didn't ask me how much to declare on invoice) and, even after having sent original payment copy to customs, they decided that even that value was too low and to keep goods in custom's warehouse.



now, every good and serious seller would have resent goods for free, as it have been HIS mistake! but Robin tought well to block me on MSN and ignore me...



now i've lost ALL: goods and money, and i'm a student...so you can imagine how much 650usd are for me!...and we must think that over one month has gone...



please: BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY...they are just stupid persons and they doesn't know what trading is!!customer care = 0!!!

Also I have been scammed now twice on the alibaba site , luckily only with test orders but why not start a topic listing our good experiences trustworthy companies to get some positive feedback aswell from the site. There has to be some good suppliers out there aswell , so why not to start listing them .
