I lost USD440 to this scammer, after made payment didn't reply my e-mail. Still have record of payment and already report to Interpool. Nothing much they can do. Until today still waiting the investigation, not even alibaba.com can help.

ALPHA PAY PHONES II, LTD posted an advertisement and description for a camera that is an exact copy of an e-bay advertisement. I e-mailed the e-bay seller and he confirmed that he was not the same guy, meaning alpha pay phones extremely likely a scammer and has no intention of actually sending you anything that you buy from them.


They are listed as a US company as well as a trustpass member. I guess that doesn't mean anything.
