This a warning to you all that We G&R Industries and many other people have been scammed by Texamet Recycling.
This is how they work
We at Texamet Recycling will Sell you all the Scrap materials you want
We will take your money and promise everything
We will ship your order to you even though We are aware that the materials do not conform to your order or our Invoice to you
We have done this in the Past
When you find out we will promise to compensate you and drag it out for as long as we can as we have no intention of compensating you we just lie to you.
What we hope is that by the time you realise that we do not intend to keep our promise the Statute of Limitations runs out on you so that you cannot sue us.
It is amazing how many people you have cheated Greg The number of people I am getting offering us their support and documentation to use against you in our court action is mind blowing. We will make sure that you are brought to justice. Unfortunatley for you The Statute of Limitations did not run out on us

Mr. Bob Gatt never gave Texamet a chance to settle this alleged claim and his customer and him, sold the material, withour ever proving that the material was allegedly substandard.
Ask yourself, why has it taken two years to pursue any action? Because Mr. Gatt is lying, his customer is lying.
If anyone needs references about Texamet and their honesty and integrity, just ask and we will give you as many references as you need. We are the 5th generation in the recycling industry and we maintain we go over and beyond to supply our customers quality material and if there is a problem it will always be addressed with proper proof by any SGS report or independent testing company. This, Mr. Gatt and his Chinese company in Dalian refused to do.
They then sold the material and we never knew what they got for the material. However if it wasallegedly misrepresented and didn't conform to standards, why would any other company buy it?
He can't answer that. I am sure they allegedly conspired to change prices and materials, but as of this date they have nothing but a can of worms they have opened and Texamet intends to Close that can of worms.
