Replying to [juvesun]: We have spoken to you over the past week explaining that we were relocating and behind on all shipments, not only yours. Please refrain from posting negative info about our company. If the delay was too long, you simply needed to request refund. You have not made any communication to us since the order was placed. It has already been shipped so at this time, a refund is not an option.
