The problem is not the Internet. Did you verify your partner? Are you sure you can find them if you have any problem? Do you know anything about the company but public e-mail addresses and mobile numbers?

For the safe sake,You should ask your local friend to evaluate  your partner before you transfer your capital.can't judge a company by their website and price.

You're suggested to check out their Business License and Export License before payment. Take care!

We just treat internet as a platform to get general information. Now, whole international online trade is not welly built now, the high security online payment can't be really guaranteed. (™o™)

We have been importing goods from China for almost three years now, and we did not find any problem with the transactions.

But we found the problem with Customer Service on the After-Sales by Chinese manufacturers. They still has a lot to learn from the Western culture.

This is life, when everything is going well, we tend to be complacent, and take things for granted. The first two years of our business was excellent, they provided 100% test on all the sets before dispatching from the factory, there was zero defect. However on the third year, our perfect state took a downturn, there were one or two rejects and warranty claims. It was due to a very obvious oversight which shows their slack of diligence on the Quality Assurance. The fuse was broken even before the equipment was used. We inspected the faulty sets and discovered that the fuses were without the links. From then, we took all the fuses out to test, and out of 50, we only found 2 working ones.

The Chinese sales person has been increasingly arrogant, she started when we first trade with them, and had been rude to us in her emails. It was brought to the attention of her manager, she apologised and we carry on, forgave her for her ineptness in English. However we keep on finding her being arrogant and talking down on us using words such as "Your orders were very small" and "I have to pay for the tax from my own pocker" which shows her stupidity in the trade, when the faulty sets were sent back to them and we declared a value of less than 10% of the actual price we paid for.

Other than these minor glitches, there is no incidence of gross misconduct, neither was there any fraudulant transaction between us. The payment term is always pre-payment before production, by t/t in US Dollars. That is the way we have to go if we want to deal with them and will continue to do this, even for the next 10 years of our business.

It is safe. But not "bare" safe. You do "complete" pre-steps before transaction.

It is safe  when you check  and confirm some information like feedback ,truthpass or gold supplier status .this helps to make a healthy business decision

Why not. ?

But before you want to close the deal.

Firstly, you need to check your parter, if you can trust him.

And, if the products they offer , you are satisfied in .

Thanks
