Hello, i´m from venezuela, i have been scammed by this company: The phoneshop International Limited tha contact person is Lucas Anderson (if is his real name) from UK and i lost 800$ from a purchase of 5 Iphones 3G, after i paid him he write to me and say that i have to pay 450$ more if i have not a national licence to import, and i told him i have it, because the package will arrives to Miami first and the company who wpuld receive it has that licence, but he create a new excuses and insist and insist that i have to pay that if i want my package, and refuse to give me the money back, i´m very sorry to don´t look or write to service in alibaba, also i saw now in a forum that he has 0044 70 phone number and that is a signal that he is fake!

He ignore me and now neve answer the phone!!! i wrote to a this member in alibaba qiumei.xueqm@alibaba-inc.com and they answer me that they took off his page, they at least gave me that help but i already lost my money!!!! don´t trust then.

So, how can i do if i want to buy something here????? how can we sure they are not fake or cheartes????

BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH EGYPTIAN COMPANIES! I GOT SCAMMED BY ONE THEM AND I NOTICE MOST OF THE COMPANIES ARE LISTED BY ONE SCAMMER USING DIFFERENT NAMES! KEEP AWAY AT ALL COSTS OR IT WILL COST YOU!

Hello im from Peru and i got scammed for 1,600 USD for Apple laptops frm some guy in the UK called Griffin Dread! First time and last doing business with Alibaba! Never thought this will happened to me. the guy that scammed me was very profesional and once i send him the money wester union he shut off his website on Alibaba and then he wanted more money cus he gave me an excuss that the policy in the minimum order is more and he cant give me a refund!!!! This site is BS!!!!!! so many ppl r getting scammed by this site and no one is doing nothing about it!!!!

I advise that when you choose a supplier, you had better choose a supplier who is the gold supplier in alibaba ,  and be a member  no less than 2 years.

If the supplier is the scamer, when alibaba received someone charge this supplier,  they will stop to show this supplier's website and make clear whether it is true.

When alibaba make sure this supplier is a scamer, they will stop to show this supplier's website.

i think it is a better way to make safe business with these supplier who are on line no less than 2 years.

On August 28, 2008 I put an Order for 2 Tablet PC Nokia N810.

1st Lie:

Just I call to EMS and they said, the tracking number is correct but it's not exist in the system yet. What the provider do is take the number from a blank shipping form and send it to the VICTIM.

After 3 week they sent me a email with the following text:

"we did send the products, but i'm so sorry to tell u the news the custom return the products back. it's difficult these days to send the electronic prodcuts abroad. we're still trying other ways out, pls keep waiting for couple days.

thanks a lot!

2nd Lie:

I called to EMS again and they said "The package was not received yet and may be the exporter only send you the tracking number from some blank shipment form and we think you are a fraud victim".

Finally, I receive an email from the scammer and said:

"hi, pls checkthe tracking number again, it's there. EB026615681CN".

The tracking number now appear on EMS and after three days I receive the package, but, SURPRISE:

"WHAT I GOT INSIDE THE PACKAGE A FAKE POLO TSHIRT"

NOW, AFTER 1 WEEK THEY DON'T ANSWER MY EMAILS.

But after checking it again almost half of it are still DEAD PHONE,I called again to talk to certain CHRIS FANG but as usual that person is not available someone claiming who cannot speak english always hanging the phone.I email so many times but i dont recieved any response at this moment.


Half of the products are ok when we tested it but after selling it ,another clients claiming the phone dead after 1 day .


BEWARE OF THIS COMPONY they have TRUSSPASS Membership but Alibaba dont care if this compony still lie claiming the products are original but its not original at all.



If someone like me is a victim of this compony pls post to call the attention of Alibaba.Well Faith International Industrial Limited selling dead phone

A couple of companies we have found out to be fraud without actually sending money to them.  They are www.luck118.com and also www.iseller168.com who are linked.  We dealt with a woman called Jane and she was lovely (as all scammers are).  We searched google for their details and found out they were fraun.  Don't deal with them at all, or better still, play along with them and tell them you want a massive order and keep them waiting.
