IF THEY CARE THEY NEED TO FIX IT OR REMOVE THOES SITE. BUT THE THING IS THE CHINESE * KEEP CHANGING THEIR WEBSITE EVERYTIME AFTER THEY MAKE MONEY.

Yantai Tomorrow Sports Garments...

formerly trading under Yantai Sports Garments:

Placed a sample order with them for only two pieces, luckily! They grabbed the cash which I foolishly sent through Western Union. Eventually they provided a tracking number but of course the package never arrived.

Obviously many buyers are being scammed in this way and the worst thing is that Alibaba won't do anything about it. This lot as mentioned are a GOLD SUPPLIER, who when I made the transaction were trading as the latter and now claim no knowledge of my order or the so-called salesperson I dealt with.

Her/his name is Cherry Yuan. Anyway after receiving no replies to my enquiries I contacted Alibaba, their response is copied below. It clearly demonstrates how shallow Alibaba's Gold Supplier system.

In short the 'Gold Supplier' tag means SH*T and more than likely they simply pay to have this credit, you get NO PROTECTION from it!

"Firstly, Yantai Huajian Sports Garments was removed by Alibaba.com, but not by themselves.

Meanwhile, I discussed with our concerned departments about this issue in the past few days. Personally, I agree that the two companies are quite similar. However, our concerned department thought that we cannot verify that they are the same company.

For your information, we only check our Gold Supplier’s basic information, such as company name, registered address, the year established, Legal Representative/Business Owner, which confirm to their registration.  So legally, we thought that they are two different companies because their registered information are all different."

Guifa Trade is a scam.  They will take your money and not deliver any product.  Dam Qin and Janet Che will take your money.  I placed an order for cameras and they gave me a fake EMS number.  Alibaba does nothing about it.  Guifa Trade is not a real supplier.  Beware of Guifa Trade.  It is a scam company.  Any questions, contact me at erikclabaugh@yahoo.com.

I have been scammed by a company calles SANWINS Co. Ltd by a guy named Nicholas Cai, I placed an order for 10 x Nokia N95 8MB phones which he quoted for USD290 each (BLOODY BARGAIN YEA RITE).

His email add was: cnsanwins@hotmail.com

His account details were:

Beneficiary: Guan Teng

AC number: 455230101881223997

Location is in Putian, China.

Anyways, after making the payment of USD2,900 he kept denying he had received payment, even AFTER I received confirmation by both my bank and the Bank of China that the transaction was successful. After a few more emails, he then tells me his name is actually 'Guan Ten' not 'Guan Teng' and following that tells me that his a/c no. was actually 455230107881223997 (with 1 digit off). I then checked with the Bank of China, and these new account details don't even match.

After threatening to report him to the police, and asking him to give me proof of his bank a/c details, he disappears off the face of this earth. So whatever you do, DON'T trade with ANYONE with this a/c number. Or if you find him, report him to the police, he ripped me off AUD5,000 and it bloody hurts.

I've written a report to the China CCPIT embassy seeking help. I'm not sure what to do next. If anyone has any advice to offer I'm up for it.

Actually, too good to be true. Scamers is in everywhere. So that we want to

I advise that when you choose a supplier, you had better choose a supplier who is the gold supplier in alibaba ,  and be a member  no less than 2 years.

If the supplier is the scamer, when alibaba received someone charge this supplier,  they will stop to show this supplier's website and make clear whether it is true.

When alibaba make sure this supplier is a scamer, they will stop to show this supplier's website.

i think it is a better way to make safe business with these supplier who are on line no less than 2 years.

Gold Suppliers ALSO scammed people

Be very careful even you send to personal account  instead of using West Union because the personal account may be opened under a false ID by scammers and it is very hard even for the police to trace it. It may be a way for the traders to confirm using online camera talk and check their ID copy it matches the guy you are talking online. As a lawyer, it will be easier to deal with a legally registered company or an individual with real ID as proof. To catch the professional scammers, the only way is to get the police involved.
