Suppliers do not deal with the public. Correspondence is usually conducted via email, in person or over the phone. I am a supplier and have a very loyal and solid client base. Manufacturers don't usually have websites showing pricing and product and so forth, nor do suppliers. There’s a ladder in the tangible goods arena. It does not seem very plausible for these "suppliers" websites to look like toys r us. Second ask questions and lots of them. Do you know how long it takes me to satisfy buyers before I actually make a sale? Sometimes 2 weeks, sometimes 6 weeks. If your supplier was real, they would realize that every sale ought to be fully entertained, if you have someone who grows impatient with questions, keep looking. At the same time, as a legitimate supplier we too can be cheated, we cannot send the product up front with no payment. I have turned down more buyers than I have accepted. If I get paid with a check, I wait 45 days to proceed to ensure that the check didn't originate using stolen finds from a stolen account. Yet I always remain flexible, always keep contact, and never EVER grow impatient about questions and verification. If conversing is always about the payment or money, keep looking. Before money is even discussed, let alone pressed for a payment date, the merchandise needs to be talked over in great detail. Buyer and seller need to be SURE OF EACH OTHER before the money even matters.

Those are the things you look for when finding a supplier. Don't buy into the "if it sounds too good to be true it probably is" thing that people like to run around saying. That is not always the case. sometimes things do happen that feel surreal. Like when Sony finally accepted my MOQ offer, and that first shipment came. It took me years, but I could barely believe it. So...take that statement with a grain of salt. examine each person INDIVIDUALLY. If you feel even one thing is wrong, keep looking. the last thing you want to do is feel anything but secure in your purchases.

Besides I have really meet just some company that have True and Valid cerificates in this site.

Anyway all the experienced buyer know how to check the reliability of the certs and the way to avoid quality problem before the shipment.

I received a scam letter from the so-called Mr Rhoda Branch and responsed with a  quote for energy drinks worth US$6.6M for NDDC of the Nigeria government. I went throught the process untill I was to some money for the tender bid, throught Western Union. This a similar case as of the purchases of the laptop computors for the NDDC, reported some time back.

This last letter: "I got your email and your Proforma Invoice ( qoutation).I am now waiting for you to give me go ahead to submit and register your proforma invoice with NDDC and send you your company registration documents from NDDC to you once the registration is done with NDDC.I assure you that the contract will be awarded to your comapny once you work according the Chairman Contract Award Committee Member Instructions okay. Hi I am a Australian Business man who has been Scammed on this site.



I decided 3 weeks ago to look into purchasing new mobile phones ( As I am a Mobile phone Retailer )


I sourced a company from China who claimed to provide the phones I was after.


After I looked around on there site I noticed they had a Trustpass profile and were gold members which I assumed to be safe ( BIG MISTAKE!!! )


So I selected the model I wanted and decided to place a test order for 1 unit.


I was told that it would be 5 days till the phone was delivered and I stated to them I would be Buying 128pieces Once the test package arrived.


7 days later and still no delivery they did supply me with a EMS Tracking number but It didnt work.


I subsequently sent them a few emails expressing my concern and was told that it was delays due to the Olympics.


After 13 days the item FINALLY was on EMS ( Much to my relief ) Then when the item arrived It was a completely different phone, was a cheap copy probably worth all of $60, didnt even work. And had 2 cheap Ipod Nano clones with it.


So I send a email to the company stating the order was wrong then they say that there was a error and they will send right phone only after I return what I got.


I dont feel safe sending it back and taking the risk of not receiving anything.


The company was Shenzhen Shidaiyinxiang Designs Ltd


Anyone who has dealt with them with or any help would be appreciated.
