BEWARE OF WELLFAITH COMPONY In CHINA and HONGKONG Claiming their products are brand new.We purchase 50pcs of cellphone brand new after two weeks that we sold our phone almost all of our clients claiming the phone are dead after recharging.
We cant have refund so we send back the 46 phone last dec 2006 after calling so many times if the phone are repair and they hang the phone so many time saying cannot speak english.I already reported it to alibaba when that Well Faith International Industrial Limited did not answering my mail bafore they send back back the products.

last april 17 we recieve a mail saying its repair and will send back the products..it took almost four months to repair.
So we have to pay again the delivery charge.we remit the 288dollar for delivery charge.Products send back last april 20.

But after checking it again almost half of it are still DEAD PHONE,I called again to talk to certain CHRIS FANG but as usual that person is not available someone claiming who cannot speak english always hanging the phone.I email so many times but i dont recieved any response at this moment.
Half of the products are ok when we tested it but after selling it ,another clients claiming the phone dead after 1 day .
BEWARE OF THIS COMPONY they have TRUSSPASS Membership but Alibaba dont care if this compony still lie claiming the products are original but its not original at all.

If someone like me is a victim of this compony pls post to call the attention of Alibaba.Well Faith International Industrial Limited selling dead phone

IMPORTING MOBILE PHONES FROM CHINA
JUST DON'T DO IT!

I thought i had a good deal from a company called 'Putain Wanshan Trading' in Fujian. Being a gold member and Trustpass member with Alibaba.com gave me confidence in this company. But both titles dont mean a thing. Don't be conned.

I had always insisted on original Nokia, and was offer N95 for $330.00. Thinking i hit jackpot, i immediately made payment, only to find out that the mobile would be 'OEM'. Which basically means copy, and labelled Nokia.

How is this possible! anyway when i insisted on the original, i was told the price was USD$770. Having already paid, $330 i was left with no alternative but to pay remaining balance.

This is when problems started :

Putian Wanshan Trading kept saying payment was not received, when my bank informed me payment went through after few days. When i kept insisting, after 2 weeks, they admitted it arrived.

But then, surprise surprise, mobile out of stock so i had to wait few more days. I chased them every day, then they said they sent it, but we not able to give me tracking number. i pestered them again, and after a week i got a tracking number, but when i tried to trace it parcel not found.

I had been chasing them to check with EMS about shipment, 1 week after they tell me its stuck in Hong Kong due to export restrictions. Now i am told that there are some restrictions on exporting electronics outside china. They say they new about this but did not tell me about it.

And now Putian Wanshan Trading say they cannot retrieve it back - and i am unable to claim anything back. Can you believe it!

So unless you have money to burn, or waste JUST DON'T DO IT! Do not trust this company as they do not come up with the goods.
The staff team, including owner Mr James, will tell you anything and agree to anything in order to get your money.

I have lost $770.00, but if it means my bad experience will stop others getting conned, then at least i can say something good has come out of it.

ITS A RISKY BUSINESS, PUTIAN WANSHAN TRADING, JUST DONT DO IT. AND ALIBABA DONT HELP!

They sold a mobile phone to me before to gain my trust. They shipped the phone saying original but I just found out it is a replica and had been used by a Chinese person before.

I paid for the laptop and they assured me they will ship it on the next business day and after that they both blocked me on MSN messenger and I suspected it. They were always online and suddenly after the payment they disappeared so I added them to my other MSN account and found out that they have blocked me. I spoke to them pretending to be different person and suddenly when I asked them about the money and the laptop; they started ignoring me and one of them pretended to be a new rep for the company. This is a 100% scam and I would like you to take actions against these parasites. I just someone to get these FRAUDS ASAP and get my money back. Thank you.
