To set up a company is very complex. You need to deal with many governmental dept. Tax, Commerce, Foreign Currency, Customs...... And you need to report the tax ever month and renew ur licence every year...... You need to hire an accounting person, a customs person.

The most simple way to start is set up an office for sourcing and contacting and following. Find a domestic trading company as exporting agent to go all the purchasing and exporting. You only need to pay the office and about a 1%-1.5% fee for the agent. One person is enough if the business is not a lot at the beginning. As a matter of fact, many Chinese small trading company do in this way. If you like to know more, you may ask me on TM and I will be glad to help you.
