Following a few simple time tested rules and being pricipled minded many of the scas can be avoided. But what cannot be condoned is the greed of some of the victims who naively got into the position because of their simple greed.

Well, this rule has worked for me, as well as a few other rules. So it might look like a good idea to post a few of these rules here, but there is a little problem with that: scammers read these forums, too!

Therefore I don't like to post info regarding how to prevent scams, exept for certain procedures, legal situations, etc. But anything concerning "common sense" (if there still is such thing in the age of TV and other distractions), has to be acquired by each individual. - Sorry, no shortcuts available!

For all the information provided by the web managers. The hurry and impatience coupled with basic errors of not picking up red flags does effect cheats to have a field day.

Where there are people there will will all sort of activities some positive some not so positive , they will be good and bad and knowing the difference makes us successful.

No country including mine can boast of being crime free and with its share of villians.. The post suggestion was based on stastics and complaints made at variious forums, . the overwhelming frauds do originate in the two countries mentioned as far as internet fraud is concerned .

There are freeware available that permits you to indulge in all sort of activities and the serious businessman with his fear of the Internet only indulges in the straight and the narrow while that prowler after your purse researches spends hours on the net , to take your money . he studies the victim and their modus Operandi. In fact he markets harder than the honest marketer.

So a little research in the operation of your partners line after all its your duty to know about your potential buyer/supplier is always helpful,
