Memorandum Of Understanding

We hereby declare and agree that (Company Name), India have agreed to act and assist (Company Name); in selling Machines And Its Related Accessories / Equipment as may be made available for sale by , (Company name), agrees to pay (Company Name); @ 10% of the Invoice Value of the Sale Proceeds from such a business transaction, as Consultancy Charges. The said consultancy charges will be transferred to our USD or EURO account in India, once the payment is received by (Company Name)from  the Buyer. (Company name), India will raise the legal invoice for Consultancy / Service Charges and said charges will be transferred by T/T to our account within 3 working days. (Company Name)agrees to provide all the assistance as regards to inspection of afore-said equipement for the benefit of the representative (Company Name)and the representative of the Buyer; so arranged by (company name)India. (Company Name) also agrees to the right of(Company Name), India; to recover expenses incurred for inspection of afore-said equipment by its representative and also the Consultancy / Service Charges from the Buyer as well; and (Company Name) shall pay entire Consultancy / Service Charges without any deductions to (Company Name), India as agreed above.

 Both the parties involved in this agreement shall abide by the terms mentioned above and shall carry out every business transaction in clear, transparent and legal manner. This agreement shall remain in force till (----Date) from the date of signing the agreement by both the concerned companies.
