I was Scam by a Gold Supplier with Trustpass

I don't know what to do anymore? they start ignoring my message? I though trustpass and goldpoints are reliable.

that isn´t something new......most of the companys who has trustpass profile and golden member status have bad reports in this forum like selling fakes, copys, imitations or even sending nothing. They are all scammers. I already made a mistake too and send a golden member with trustpass profile 390usd for one mobile phone. But they sent nothing. This chinese people are all bastards. They are organized like *. I think they rent offices and then tey "work" there. They buy a few original phones to show them to their "customers" via webcam to make a good impression. But when you had transfered the money to their account they will give you wrong tracking numbers or say that they didn´t receive the money or they will send you fakes/copys or defective products. Stay away from this plattform. Alibaba is a big * and it is only good for chinese fuckheads and scammers to cheat, rob and scam other people because they are poor fuckers. They have nothing and it is a dream that mobile phones shall cost 50% percent less then in europe or america. Stay away from this plattform which has not a feedback system. This plattform is from china fuckheads too and they live from scammers because they have to pay the fees to them. Stay away from * ALIBABA ! Alibaba is called internet trading-webpage or platform LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL what a * it is a great gate for little * chinese fuckheads !

We are suprised that the helicopter designed by our own,and the outlook and funtions,parts are differnt with the picooz from Silverlit Toys Manufactory Ltd.
Meanwhile,we requested Silverlit Toys Manufactory Ltd to provide us Patent Certificates origin,but the Silverlit Toys Manufactory Ltd,no people received calling,no people reply.
However,the Silverlit Toys Manufactory Ltd have requested to cancelled our pictures and relevant information,bring our company great damage in reputation and economic.
If the Silverlit Toys Manufactory Ltd will not provide relevant evidence on the issue,we have to sue and charge them on the artificial certificates,and fraud crimes,and compensate us relevant loss and damage in economic and reputation.
However,we called the Silverlit many times, no people received callings,no people reply, WHY?
We contacted the factory in donguan,they refuse to provide relevant documents.

IMPORTING MOBILE PHONES FROM CHINA
JUST DON'T DO IT!
I thought i had a good deal from a company called 'Putain Wanshan Trading' in Fujian. Being a gold member and Trustpass member with Alibaba.com gave me confidence in this company. But both titles dont mean a thing. Don't be conned.
I had always insisted on original Nokia, and was offer N95 for $330.00. Thinking i hit jackpot, i immediately made payment, only to find out that the mobile would be 'OEM'. Which basically means copy, and labelled Nokia.
How is this possible! anyway when i insisted on the original, i was told the price was USD$770. Having already paid, $330 i was left with no alternative but to pay remaining balance.
This is when problems started :
Putian Wanshan Trading kept saying payment was not received, when my bank informed me payment went through after few days. When i kept insisting, after 2 weeks, they admitted it arrived.
But then, surprise surprise, mobile out of stock so i had to wait few more days. I chased them every day, then they said they sent it, but we not able to give me tracking number. i pestered them again, and after a week i got a tracking number, but when i tried to trace it parcel not found.
I had been chasing them to check with EMS about shipment, 1 week after they tell me its stuck in Hong Kong due to export restrictions. Now i am told that there are some restrictions on exporting electronics outside china. They say they new about this but did not tell me about it.
Apparently i learn, from these Forums, that the only reason goods are stopped in Hong Kong is because the goods are copies/oems/not orginals. So even if the parcel did get through i would have been conned, and paid $770 for something worthless.
And now Putian Wanshan Trading say they cannot retrieve it back - and i am unable to claim anything back. Can you believe it!
So unless you have money to burn, or waste JUST DON'T DO IT! Do not trust this company as they do not come up with the goods.
The staff team, including owner Mr James, will tell you anything and agree to anything in order to get your money.
I have lost $770.00, but if it means my bad experience will stop others getting conned, then at least i can say something good has come out of it.
ITS A RISKY BUSINESS, PUTIAN WANSHAN TRADING, AMONST OTHER ARE JUST CON ARTISTS. JUST DONT DO IT.
