You think you had got the order.

After you back to your company  Then these Scam company  no further news back to you again.

Telephone will be  stopped (no answer) all they disappear.

 

I had bad experience  about  8  years ago (because the information/computer  is not so  open like now) 

 

They  only want you to pay some money in advance  or give them the high value gifts. If you do not have cash on hand

They will bring you to department store to buy  high value gift

Usually amount about  RMB 15,000.00-RMB25,000)

and stated that if you wanted to T/T the money ASAP then  need to give  their  General manager/Accounting executive, etc

to settle the contract. and T/T to you within few days.

That is what exactly I experienced mysel on Nov 2008. The deal was too good and I was stupid fall for that. They inqure me with the beautiful payment term with high amount down payment. I was suspecious cause what they offer seem to be risky for them but still, I went to Beijing to made the contract, they will appear at your hotel in executive look with nice suit. After the easy deal and big contract made. They will claim that it's culture that everytime contract is sign I need to give their big boss a gift. They bring me to the gold shop in Department store and choose a gold that cost around 10,000 ++ RMB. I did not buy it with the cash excuse. They tell me to go to ATM. I still insist not to paid. So they ask me to T/T asap after I come back.

They claim that they are from one of a big company name Shijiazhuang Shengdemei Import and Export Trade Co. Ltd. of China which have respective website with phone number and address given. I tried to call their office number several times but never able to get through. I am not so sure that is this company is real or not, if this company is real please aware that there are group of people using this company's reputation to fruad. This incident I did not loose 10,000 RMB but I have spend with travel expence and time and my word given to prepare to goods they lie about.

Please help me, I am in position of that: A Chinese importer put me a large oder according to our good price for big quantity. They have a website, fax and phone. The payment trem is good, but the quality checking, guaraantee, panalty is very hard in the contract they give. They require the contract must be notarized in China including I have to go to China and pay for this fees.

Is this a risk? Please give me your advise. Thank you very much

for importing in China, there is no need of notary, it is better, you leave the address of this co, so some one can check.

All this contract if too good to be true, please do not go for it. DON'T BE GREED.

In 2008 and this year I received from two different companies, both located in Hebei but different names and contact persons. Usually, the contract is around USD4mi with 30 to 40%TT down payment by order signature. But THEY STRONG enquiry you to go personally signing the contract in China. But what is terrible in this case is that they send drawing, technical terms, order exactly based on what you are dealing with! So, you really thinck that A BIG AND NICE BLESS IS KNOCKING YOUR DOOR!!!!

Has anyone heard of Xi'an Qinchang Trading Co., Ltd. located in Xi'an, China. They had also ask us to visit them in Xi'an to sign the text contract with their CEO. We actually went to their office which was in a very weird location. They said that the company is partly owned by the Chinese gov't. 60% to be exact. They had asked us to T/T to their company's account (Bank of China) a "quality bail" of 0.5%. According to them, this "bail" is assurance for the contract because they are asking for money from the gov't and it is part of the procedures.


Is any of this sound familiar to anyone? Is this company a scam? We haven't send them the "quality bail" yet. We are just very suspicious about this company. Please help.
