if i were you, certainly i choose the second way, i don't want to make one-off business, i need a long-term cooperation with clients, you know it is hard to get a client rihgt now, so, we should be to try our best maintaining relationship with clients who dealt business with us. what is the basics to hold the customer? absolutely the best price & quality plus best service. this is my personal viewpoint.

Simply put it this way. 1 Customer 1 Excellent Service 1 Loyal Customer...... So, your Loyal customers will spread your company's excellent service and excellent name their friends. As a result, it leads to more customers with that 10 dollar. In addition, it is more efficient by bring your expanses (labor cost etc) down.
100 business means Poor Service and most likely customers will not come back. It will be unlikely and very difficult to keep 100 businesses happy with a small company!
