One of the best things about Alibaba is that emails are sent internally and unlikely to get lost in the ether. It is safe to assume that your emails are getting through to your prospective clients.and that for some reason they are choosing not to respond. The vast majority of mail I receive is from suppliers promoting their new products or scammers offering me untold riches if would just send my bank details and a small admin fee.
It is important that you appear to be both genuine and literate when contacting clients. Maybe the content and format of your messages could be tweaked a bit to make a better first impression.
Post one of your emails on here and we will offer constructive criticism

please keep contact with him
They do not reply, maybe they get better prices from others. You know there are too many suppliers. The buyer can not reply to each supplier.
You can track him by sending your new products and new prices. I am sure oneday, you will get what you need

Replying to [planright]: If you don't get a reply you should assume that the buyer is either not interested or is dealing with more promising leads before yours. If you assume that non-reply means non-receipt and send the message several times, the buyer will view you as a spammer and a nuisance and may well block any further messages.

Personally I have yet to post a buying lead but I am getting loads of junk messages which I would not dream of encouraging by sending a reply.

when a buyer its buying lead lot of offers he received within days at alibaba.com and then he contact back only selected offers and if some one being repeat posting of buying leads. it may can he could not find best supplier meeting with its requirments or in other hands he also may can searching an innocent supplier from which he can get free of cost samples or some other benefits.
o avoid all this situation it is best to contact them through fone call or Fax.
