Do you know that there is limitation of contacts you can add to your TM - Trademanger?

For Gold Suppliers, you can add a total of 1024 contacts;

For Trustpass Members you can add 512 contacts;

For Free Members you can add up to 256 contacts.

You can add a maximum of 40 contacts a day regardless of the type of your membership.

How to effectively communicate via TM?

Question for Alibaba Admin: If a contact be deleted, does it still count on my contact list?

Question for Chinese members: Do you introduce yourself or your company when sending out request to add a contact?

Question for foreigner buyers (non Chinese members): What are the best ways of adding requests you received?

If a supplier send me a note : i want to talk, or do you have time, i would decline , sorry i don't have time and use this for business only, so if i am buying scooters, and we get a note, we offer new deisgn scooters and great prices, please check or price list.

Also as a free member you can only add trade manager contacts of about 10 per day? i know it blocks me many times.

keep TM on line often .and try to find useful purchase information .

my reply is as following : I think, according to my short experience, that the best way to really communicate via TM is to take time to visit each website of each supplier for ur kind of activity by intoducing exact keyword searshing for the products, the suppliers or the companies u are looking for for ur business or for getting more informations about subjects or things u want more to investigate. Once u get the right result for your searshing, you can, at this moment visit the web for your suppliers and ask them to add you to their contact list by sending a small request for. Then you can begin to chat with your supplier or buyer or other.
I think that my way for using TM is a minitiouss one for a real scanning of the maximum of informations about what you are looking for.
