Lets start a list with everybody just naming the bad trader/company, without too much detail...so it will be easy to search for others as well.Just name the offered product and the contact-details of the scammer:

I was scammed by http://www.btob-electron.com.cn,which , I have ordered 3 Nokia 96 16 GB and they have sent me bloody replica!!!!
The second company was http://www.in-tang.com , Leo form Hong-Kong. I ordered Nokia 96 againe and iPhone. So thier Nokia was better replica and iPhone was crap.!!!
I have buyers for mobiles and iPhones but I do not trust anybody in Alibaba.

Stay away from "Btob-electron.com". They gave me defective products. I ordered two children's GPS units, they waited until I sent them money before "Boro Wang" told me they were sold out and that he would give me 2 other replacements. I just tried to operate them and they do not work! I tried to reach them on Alibaba but it looks like they are no longer on Alibaba. Doesn't Alibaba even check these guys out??? They were "Gold members". Big deal. I guess that doesn't mean anything with Alibaba does it? Now we're out over $200. What a joke

i wish you would have seen my post. Boro Wang sold me 16gb flash drives for 9 bucks and then when they got here they were defective..well half of them. and they were only 1 4 and 8 gb. i had them reported and alibaba told me that they were shut down. btobelectron is no more they suck and boro never contacted me after..

Fairdeal Idol a fishing tackle supplier from India, is a dishonest trader despite being a Gold Supplier here on Alibaba.
We ordered several thousand dollars worth of tackle form him, when it arrived it was sub standard, some items had been replaced with items that we could not sell, items were damaged. I requested a refund from him several times, for the damaged and unwanted items.
Every time he had some excuse for not doing it, then he told me he was going to cease trading, and that I could not get refunded.
I now see he is a Gold Supplier on here.
Buyer beware he is dishonest, he will take your order, and money then send you any old crap!!
