I am as beginner doing international business.i interact email with customer for almost one month.But now, she don't reply me email whatever i sent my email for enquirement.how hopeless i am because i spare my effort on her for product we concern about.
How should i do now? some one will tell me.

Get them to sign a contract saying that they have aggree to the action to be taken, This way it protects you of a customer changes his/her mind or gets snotty with you. You have a piece of evidence saying that 'this is what we aggrees with, now this is happening'!
