I don't believe that we have seen the worst of this financial crisis yet. No matter whether the bailout bill finally passes or not, this country is in for some tough times. There will definitely be job losses and the housing market will continue to go down.
What does this mean for your business?
First of all, if you don't have an internet business yet, why not start one in your spare time? This way, you will have a jump start on a new business, just in case you lose your job. I think this is definitely worth thinking about.
If you already make a living online, then this is the time to make sure that you are diversified. Don't put all your eggs into one basket. The online world is not immune to what is happening in the economy. There will definitely be changes coming.
Some niches and business models will be more affected than others. You or I can guess at which ones might do better, but it's hard to be sure. That's why it's important to have multiple sources of income, or at least be in multiple markets. If all your income is coming from one place now, start thinking about how else you can make money.
I believe that as more people lose their jobs, more people will be trying to replace their income by attempting to make money online. This could be an opportunity if you are selling products to help these people. On the other hand, this could also cause more competition in the "make money online" area.
If you are an AdSense publisher, then your results will probably vary by niche. Yes, I’m sure Google and AdSense will still be around for a long time. But the particular advertisers that are advertising on your blog might go out of business or just cut back on their advertising. But others might do more online advertising, finding that to be more cost-effective than advertising offline.
As people start trying to save money, they will be spending less. There are some things that people always spend money on, and other things that will be vulnerable. I’m not in the gambling niche at all, but I think gambling and other forms of escapism will grow larger as times get tougher. People will want to forget their troubles.
Also, luxury items might not do badly, if rich people continue to spend. After all, it is mostly the poor and middle class that will be really hurting in a financial downturn.
If you create information products, think about what kind of information people will need in tough times. If you guess correctly, you might do really well.
I think your guess is as good as mine, as to what will happen and how best to continue to profit in your internet business. I really think you should start thinking about it, though. And it won't hurt to experiment with new things.

The Financial system was long overdue to collapse and it had to happen since now the world is interconnected, if one country gets hit the other will to and there for causing a chain reaction. At the same time as the oil increases, the cost of transportation increases, and the products that have been already dealt in low margins have increase in price to cover the cost, which directly hurts the small retailer, intern the customer, stopping the sales, forcing the business to keep the low margins to such a point that they can't pay for their costs anymore, driving the business into closure, therefore also firing the workers it had, and now this workers were also customers, so they stop buying, stuff, and therefore slowly forcing also other business to run out.
Now please note this is only one side of the whole pictures.
The other side is from the banks, initially giving out credits to the business as easy as possible, to increase their capacity, with only one purpose in mind, to make as much profits as possible, while still sitting on their chairs, and slowly increasing the interest rate to such an degree that the businesses and private person where only working for the banks, in the end taking their property for half the rates and even less, and yet still those poor people have to pay back the balance, but what the bank didn't in cooperate was what if they stopped paying, since eventually that was going to happen, and that when they hit the wall, and also causing more people to lose their jobs, and causing more distress.
And this once again is also just a small issue of the whole. continued

The big companies, producing in such a volume that no small business could hold on to them, destroying the markets by lowering the prices to such an extent that no normal small time business could keep up with them. And since the federal government didn't do anything about instead was bribed enough to even make it easier for these tycoons to take over the whole country, and forcing more and more little business out the way, also at the cost of them, since this giants actually don't pay as much tax as the little business did, and if the government forces them to do so, they threaten them to release all the workers, which eventually will cost the country more than the tax owed to them. But what they didn't incorporate was that people will eventually run out of money, since they never increased the wedges of the workers. Basically they sucked everyone dry just like the banks. And again causing their own business to collapse and throwing more people onto the streets.
And yet again this is just another little problem to the whole.
All in all it was greed that destroyed everything, greed of some that forced the whole world to its knees. Since nowadays one line of work will not be enough anymore, and everyone might have to do other jobs as well, it will be tough road from now one, the sooner we understand that the sooner we recover. Now all we can do is to group up share the profits, since only a group is able to do multiple businesses at once and secure a stable income, but in order to do that, we have to change the way we all think.
Eat less, share more and laugh all together
Do not mention a factory, it affects everybody seriously or a little.
It becomes a global village.
Imagine that I am the rich, I may invest in industry, housing, food staffs or services and so on. All have a dull market these days.
If I were a poor, supposed I live in Middle Africa. World economic crisis comes. Both developing countries and developed countries are in difficult conditions and struggling to stand up as early as possible. They even can not overcome their own difficulties. Who and how can give me a hand?
But all should think about it. why it happens and how to confront it and control the lost. That is what we think about. The government leaders should make better policy and cooperate with others in sincere.
