1. Where did you get the idea there was any such company in the UK?   There is no such company there not even an office.  
2. This company doesn't sell cell phones.  They are an electronics parts manufacturer in the field of resistors and capacitors.
3. Just because someone advertises on alibaba does not make the business real or even legitimate.
4. You most likely paid via Western Union or T/T 100% in advance, and in these case your money is gone and unrecoverable.

These points are the cold hard truth, but are all facts.  Before you buy from anyone you need to verify that the company is legitimate and that they are where they say they are.  In the UK as well as many other countries there are credit reports that can be had on legitmate business enterprises.

Buying from someone in the way you did is like picking the first person you see on a street corner and handing them $650.00 cash and then expect that they are going to find your house and paint it.

I dont know what kind of phones you were buying in the first place but you could have bought them cheaper in the U.S.  through legitimate and easily verifiable businesses with less aggervation.
