I definitely feel your pain. I got scammed out of money on Tradekey by Xiamen Xinyamei International Trade Co. for $360. I western union'ed the money and immediately the friendly emails stopped. They even sent a picture of a bogus package slip and tracking number. There is not much I could do. But, I did send an email to the western union fraud department with the name of the person who picked up the money along with a copy of all the email correspondences maybe they will monitor the individuals transactions. I also sent the same type email to paypal with the names and company information so they could put the con-artists in their fraud database. i intend to do the same with ebay as well. I need a good supplier to buy iPhones from. I've got customers waiting. It wasn't your fault. Nothing beats a failure but a try! Don't let anyone or anything step on your dream. When one door closes God opens another. We just have to find that door. I have faith in you. You will find your door, as I will find mine.

What I've learned out of being scammed out of $2800 on here is to always google the company and see who the owner is. If it matches up, call the number and see if it's a home number or work number. Google everything. Check the domain registrations.
The number one way to be leary of a company is if they ask you to pay them via western union, money gram, t/t, or bank wire. These companies are 100% fraudulent. I would steer clear of these "suppliers" on alibaba. This is a site for thieves to scam you.
I found a new site where all of the wholesalers are verified and you can use your credit card to purchase from them. Using your credit card means your purchases is insured and if anything should happen, you can always contact your credit card company to get your funds back. Very good in this business. I agree about the scammers, but I positively don't agree about TradeKey. I was scammed by HongKong Electron Trading Co. Ltd. I reported FRAUD, and the TradeKey legal department suspended all business operations of this company on TradeKey (try to look for them). TradeKey was my life line, and I totally support them as a totally honest and competent trade platform. They gave me the credibility I needed in my fraud dispute with this thieving company.
TRADEKY IS GREAT.
I am really suspicious that Alibaba sponsors this blog.

I am so upset about this whole tradekey thing. I am in such a financial bind because of this whole china supplier thing. They say there are a few good suppliers there, well I went through 4 and none were real! I have clients who are still waiting on items that I now have to tell them today I will have to refund them money I don't have. I post a want lead for Louboutin, Jimmy Choos & other designer shoes and was bombarded by all kinds of ads most did not have what I wanted even when I said don't reply if you don't sell them!
Some scammers replied, they had sites that looked good too! I did notice that most of their pictures were pictures taken from stores like Saks & Nieman Marcus! All offering a good deal! Well of course I took the one that would have saved me the most money. Yeah I got taken. She called herself Angie. had me sent the money Western Union, I got absolutely NOTHING! The minute I got back from sending the money and giving her the number to verify the payment was there, the site shut down! Or either they changed the name.
So, you must be very CAREFUL, THERE ARE A LOT OF THEM EVERYWHERE!!
They don't mind spending money for silver or gold keys they know they are going to get the money back.
