Go and do an Alibaba Buy Search on these two companies name, and you will find them as reported.

This guy, Chow is moderator in the forum, has been rampantly advertising fully with his fashion handbags and shoes in the Jacco website. His other site advertises also boldly in the forum without any moderator hitting hard on them, which reflects the double standards of the forum.

We want to know the truth if these companies really exists and if they do, are they registered with the Hongkong authorities? Seems to be very suspicious and more likely to be a scam. I have checked the Yellow Pages on line, with negative results, tried several times with different arrangements, yet cannot find either of these company exists.

3. Alibaba's admin has contacted us due to your accusations. We have no problem to show them our official business license.

Street Smart, if you suspect a moderator's company, you could just discuss it with Alibaba's admin directly. Especially when your claim in very much based on vague materials researched from the internet.

Have you seen the Nigerian Scams? One of the main footprints of NIGERIAN SCAMMERS is their writings ALL IN UPPERCASE LETTERS.

• Who pays you to write such accusation?
• How much were you cheated by these companies in Alibaba?
• Do you have any documentary evidence against them?
• Why not report to Alibaba about the scam, then to the local authority and take court action against them?
• You sure can hit everybody down just with this sweeping statement.
• Why don't you sue Alibaba?

You yourself has abused your position as moderator promoting and advertising in the forum which you have been entrusted to.




Proof to us that you have not registered more than one account in the Free Membership. No demand that you can post, and expect none from us, we did searched the Yellow Pages and the Business Registry. I have long been aware of your motives in the Apparel and Fashion, with your signature line, until all the pictures of your JACCO FASHION shows up, and then the NuUniform.COM. You should be removed from the forum as you have violated the guidelines given by Alibaba.

• What have you got to say about that?
• Is that not mass advertising without paying a single cent?
• Why not use Selling Lead, or register for Trust Pass Membership and pay for it?

The Korean words you tried to write is nonsensical.

If you demand an apology, we (our directors and fellow colleagues) have to know who do you mean by "We" ?


To this extent, for the sake of the other readers (Moderators, members and moderators-to-be), the violation of Alibaba's guidelines for placing URL, Website address, contact numbers and Sales Lead has been reported to Admin, some two weeks ago in the Moderator's Forum, which is restricted to Moderators only. This was followed by an email to the nickname Admin. However, there is still no change in the forum of Apparel and Fashion, the  postings were still there, and this really makes mockery of Alibaba and the double-standard of Moderators, which most of us, if not all are complying to the rules and kept vigilance on errant posters.
